Obituary of Jo Ann King

Mrs. Jo Ann King, age 78, of Gloversville, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 16, 2023, at her home.

She was born May 26, 1945, in Gloversville, the daughter of Thomas and Frances (Crannel) Male. She worked at Northeast Utilities in Connecticut and at Taylor Made Products in Gloversville.

Jo is survived by her husband of 55 years, Gary T. King; a son, Thomas King; two granddaughters, Samantha Ann King and Sarah Lynn King; a brother, James B. Male; a sister, Judith A. Sless; as well as several nieces.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave. Albany, NY 12208.
