Obituary of Nicholas J. Robilotto

Mr. Nicholas J. “Nick” Robilotto, 81, formerly of Tribes Hill, NY, passed away Wednesday July 12, 2023 at his home in Ballston Spa surrounded by his loving wife and family. 

Born in Amsterdam, NY on April 19, 1942 a son of the late Nicholas M. and  Veronica Marozas Robilotto.  He was raised in Amsterdam and  was a 1961 graduate of the former Wilbur H. Lynch High School.    

Nick was employed for UPS and was a member of the Teamsters Local #294 serving as Shop Steward.     He was a communicant of Historic St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam. He also served in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard.  Nick enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren and family. 

He married Eleanor Quinn Robilotto on April 29, 1962. 

Nick  leaves behind his loving wife, Eleanor Quinn Robilotto of Ballston Spa, NY.  His beloved children, Christine (Daniel) Juarez of Ballston Lake, NY and Nicholas J. Robilotto Jr. Of Greer, S.C.   Cherished grandchildren, Jonathan (Lydia) Danise, Justin (Mary) Danise, Jennifer (Raul) Peralta, Gabby Juarez, Nicholas Robilotto III and Isabella Robilotto.  His dear sister, Sally Finocchi and brothers, Michael and Ricky Robilotto.  Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday July 17,2023 at 11:00AM at Historic St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, East Main St. Amsterdam with Father Martin Kordel CRL as celebrant.  Interment will follow in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Amsterdam.  The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday July 16, 2023, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
