Obituary of Berton Younes, II

Berton “Blondie or Benny” Younes, II, passed away on Monday June 26, 2023, at Little Falls Hospital.

Born on May 10, 1975, in Glen Falls. Benny attended local schools and graduated from Amsterdam High School. Benny worked at many local businesses, including Manager of the Rock Motel, but throughout all his careers Benny worked as a mechanic. He loved to go to the clubs, dance and was a social butterfly.

Benny is survived by his mother, Connie Morehouse; father, Robert Morehouse, Sr; siblings, Mark Warner, Amy Lynn Sauve (Howard Sauve), Mathew Younes (Debbie Music), Robb Morehouse (Tammy Perrin) and Beth Rampersad (Ivan Rodriguez); stepbrothers, Martin and George Parra, Jr. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew, many extended family and friends. Benny was predeceased by his stepmother, Barbara Parra.

Arrangements for Benny have been entrusted to Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam.
