Obituary of Lauren Brooks Mann

Lauren Brooks Mann of Amsterdam, NY, and formerly of Cornwall, NY died on June 7, 2023 at St. Peter’s Hospital Hospice Inn after a courageous battle with cancer.

 

Lauren was born in Goshen, NY on October 19, 1987.  She graduated from Cornwall High School and attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.  She loved baking and was a dedicated worker who accomplished becoming a Bakery Manager for Market 32.

 

She faced adversity and many health issues, yet never let it stop her from anything.  She was an advocate and bright star inspiring others.

 

Lauren is survived by her loving and devoted mother, Lucille Ferraro of Amsterdam, NY; her father, George Mann of Titusville, FL; her uncle, Steve Ferraro and his wife Sandy ; cousins, Shane, Jennifer, Stephen, Joshua and Samantha; her loving Godparents, Debra and Robert Hutchinson; and her dear friend Kevin Wissel.  She also leaves behind her beloved Husky, Quinn and our shared loving Jack Russell, Harley.

 

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 17^th, 2023 at 11a.m. at the family home.
