Obituary of Linda Morrell

Linda Morrell, 75, of Amsterdam, NY passed away on May 16^th, 2023, at Capstone Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing with her family by her side.

Born on June 6^th, 1947, to the late Carlton and Dorothy (Jimerson) Roby, Linda grew up locally and graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in Schenectady, NY. Later in life, she married her husband Robert Morrell Sr, with whom she shared 56 wonderful years before her passing.

Linda was predeceased by her parents Carlton and Dorothy Roby, and her brother Lawrence Roby.

She is survived by her husband Robert Morrell Sr.; sons Robert Morrell Jr. (Bobbi) and Preston Beverly; grandchildren Caitlin and Emrick Morrell; siblings Carlton and Jackie Roby; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In keeping with Linda’s wishes, there will be no services at this time.
