Obituary of Susan A. Francisco

Susan A. Francisco, 81, of Fonda passed away on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at St Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, New York. 

She was born on February 1, 1942 to Mr. Melvin Engle and Mrs. Esther Watson Engle of Amsterdam. Susan attended local schools graduating from Amsterdam High School.  She went on to receive her Associate Degree and held many positions at various local companies. She was most recently employed as an accountant at Philip Beckett, CPA in Gloversville.  

Susan enjoyed needlecrafts and her animals. 

She is survived by her daughter Bethany Francisco of Gloversville, son Thomas (Jeanette) Francisco of Knoxville, TN , sisters Judy (Jack) Brookman and Nancy (Erwin) Soulia. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Zachary Francisco & Danielle Decker, her great-granddaughter Charlotteas well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
