Obituary of Kevin J. White

Kevin James White-Frederick, 41, of Canajoharie, New York died unexpectedly on January 12, 2023.

Kevin was born on August 20, 1981 in Schenectady, NY. He graduated from Schuylerville Schools and continued his education by attending college in Connecticut where he graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Welding. 

In his spare time Kevin enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and going out for hotdogs. He was an avid sports fan who collected hundreds of baseball and basketball cards, and could talk to anyone about anything sport-related. More than anything Kevin loved to talk to people and make them laugh. He believed getting someone to smile was the greatest gift he could give them.  

Kevin is survived by his father Brian K. Frederick; his brothers Brian K. Frederick Jr., James P. Frederick (Fiona): his sisters Nicole L. Frederick, Chrissiane Lane (John), Danielle Wilcox and Kelly Kniffin Prevost (Bill); his paternal grandmother Jean K. Frederick; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and good friends. 

Kevin is preceded in death by his mother Linda Christman; his maternal grandmother Geraldine Knapp; and paternal grandfather Richard M. Frederick Sr. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Canajoharie Reformed Church. 15 Front Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317. A reception will take place at Canajoharie Reformed Church immediately following the service, attendees are invited to stay for fellowship and refreshments.
