Obituary of Darla M. Billington

Darla M. Billington, age 77, of Gloversville, died Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville.

She was born February 2, 1946 in Amsterdam, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Jennie (Quackenbush) Foody of Fultonville. She worked at many glove shops and was last employed at Robison and Smith. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting and photography.

Darla is survived by three sisters, Kathy Riley of Johnstown, Kristy Flansburg (Mike) of Gloversville and Marieta "Robin" Horton (Terry) of Gloversville; as well as several nieces, nephews and her fur babies, Bandit and Little Bear.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 21 years, Arnold Billington.

Interment will take place in the spring at Maple Avenue Cemetery, Fultonville.
