Obituary of Mark S. Arndt

     Mark S. Arndt, 72, of North Carolina, formerly of Amsterdam, passed away on July 11, 2022 with his loving family at his side. 

     Born in 1950 he was the son of Delsia Hayes Arndt and the late Maurice Arndt.  Mark was a graduate of the former Perth Central School, Class of 1968.  He served his country in the US Navy from 1968 to 1972.  

     When he returned from the service, Mark worked with the airlines from 1972 until 2016 when he retried. 

     He is survived by his wife and partner over 44 years Patricia Nunemaker Arndt.  Thier two children, Jeffrey Brown and Erin McElroy (Kevin).  Two grandchildren, Mackenzie and Aedan.  His mother, Delsia Arndt, his sisters, Linda Ritchie and Maureen Schmidtmann (Michael)  and several nieces, nephews and cousins.   He is predeceased by his father Maurice Arndt and his brother Thomas Arndt.

Mark will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
