Obituary of Heather Lynn Yerina

Heather Lynn (Plumadore) Yerina, age 38, of Gloversville, passed away December 26, 2022 at Albany Medical Hospital surrounded by her family.  She was born in Gloversville on September 8, 1984, the daughter of Edward and Rosanne Plumadore.
Heather was a 2002 graduate from Mayfield High School and went on to FMCC to earn an associates degree in Nursing. 
Heather loved to cook and spend time with her family and friends. She could often be found at home with her dog, relaxing with something delicious cooking on the stove. She enjoyed the theater and live music of many different genres.
Heather worked for over 19 years as a registered nurse and was a Case Utilization Manager with Aetna Insurance. 
Heather is survived by her former husband, Justin Yerina, and their daughter, Chloe Yerina; her parents Edward and Rosanne Plumadore; a sister Shawna (Chad) Fleck; boyfriend of two years, Daniel Cooney; aunts, uncles, cousins, many close friends and Zeus, her beloved boxer.
Heather is predeceased by her brother Paul ‘PJ’ Dwyer III, uncles and grandparents.

Calling hours for friends and extended family will be held at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home at 51 Fremont St., Gloversville on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 4 pm to 7 pm.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 10:00 am.  Burial will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Gloversville.
Her smile was like no other; she will be missed every day.
