Obituary of Patricia M. Cosselman

Patricia M. Cosselman, 83, of Johnstown NY; passed away on August 18, 2022. Born in Gloversville NY; on October 1, 1938, she is the daughter of the late John W. and Lillian C. (Oare) Blackwood.

Survived by her loving children Robert (Wendy) Brown of Broadalbin, Catherine (Chris) Canale of Amsterdam, and Patti (Brian Seligman) Perna-VanAlstyne of Schoharie. Patricia is also survived by her sister Janice Walsh of Johnstown, and by her grandchildren whom she adored Robert, Cody, Connor, Anthony, Bobby (Heidi), and by her great granddaughter Natalia.

Besides her parents Patricia is predeceased by her brother Jack Blackwood.

During her lifetime Patricia was a graduate of Fonda Fultonville High School. Patricia was a bookkeeper for the Adirondack Leather, Johnstown NY, for many years. During her younger years Patricia was an avid square dancer and enjoyed snowmobiling and motorcycling. You could always find Patricia in the kitchen where she enjoyed cooking. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family and friends.

Funeral arrangements are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
