Obituary of Thomas C. Snell

Mr. Thomas C. Snell, 80, of Mayfield, NY died peacefully on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Albany Medical Center.  Born in Gloversville, NY on May 18, 1942 he was the son of the late Charles and Martha Eagan Snell.

 

A lifelong area resident, Tom attended local schools and worked for Johnstown Knitting for many years until his retirement.  He loved to ride his motorcycle and spend time at his home.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

 

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Williams Snell whom he married on January 25, 1964; two children, Thomas (Michelle) Snell and Michael Snell; two siblings, Charles (LaVerna) Snell and Claudia (Bill) Lander; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
