Obituary of Alyce Savoie

Alyce Savoie, 62, of Amsterdam, NY passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. She was born on December 11, 1959 to Mr. Charles Savoie and Mrs. Lucile Czech Savoie. 

Alyce captured the hearts of everyone she met. She was a bright light and kind soul who loved her family and adored her staff. She welcomed you into her life as though she had known you forever and the love she had for others was apparent. Alyce loved her dolls and enjoyed her tea time with her staff and friends. She was quite the tea connoisseur. She loved her Barbies, coloring books, movies especially Wizard of Oz, and watching I Love Lucy and Golden Girls. More than anything Alyce loved spending time with her friends and family, she will be missed greatly. 

Alyce was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Joe and Goldie Czech, paternal grandparents Frank and Alyce Savoie, her parents Chuck and Lucy Savoie, and sister Bonnie Soto. 

She is survived by siblings; Charles (Andrea) Savoie, Tammy Savoie, Jon Savoie, and Donald (Jeri) Savoie. She will forever be remembered by her niece, nephews, cousins, in-laws, great nephews, and great niece, as well as her loving Liberty family. 

Friends and family are invited to calling hours from 4:00PM to 7:00PM on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Funeral Home 171 Guy Park Ave Amsterdam, NY 12010. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 10:00AM at St Joseph's Cemetery in Fort Johnson.
