Obituary of Carole Ann Chapman

Carole Ann Chapman, 78, of Gloversville, passed away June 24, 2022, at the Oneida Center in Utica. Born in Bridgeport, CT; on September 8, 1943, she is the daughter of the late Marshall and Anna (Basista) Zitnay.  

Carole is survived by her loving husband whom she united in marriage with on July 18, 1987, Andrew W. Chapman Jr; of Gloversville, and her loving son Greg Hopkins of Knoxville, TN. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.  

During her lifetime Carole worked as Registered Nurse for many different Nursing Homes in Waterbury CT.  

Per the wishes of the family there will be no services at this time. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Jackson & Betz Family Funeral Home, 15 Main Street, Fultonville, NY 12072 

In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Carole can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave; Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
