Granny, I miss you so much. I wish we had more time, and I wish more than anything that we could have back the time we lost. You were one of my best friends, that I could call anytime of the day, which I did for as long as I could remember. I never wanted to leave your house, I basically grew up at your house. You taught us so much, about faith and love and ensured God was in our hearts. Growing up, you gave me a prayer book and wrote in it, “Never stop thinking about Poppy, never stop talking to Poppy, always tell your memories, and he will live on forever”. Well Gran, we will make sure you live on forever. Someday when I’m old and grey, I hope your with Poppy to take me on my eternal vacation. I love you. I’ll be seeing you.

My beautiful mother will be missed by so many. Especially her 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is now in heaven along side her soulmate Ernest Centerbar, her parents Bessie and Earl Calloway and sister Dorothy Conners. She will forever live in my heart and be missed everyday.
