Obituary of Bettie Gillespie

Bettie Gillespie passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 in Gloversville, New york.

She was born in Gloversville on February 9, 1957, a daughter of Kirk and Carol Oathout, Sr.

Bettie moved out to the Greater Utica area, and spent most of her life there, before eventually returning to the town of her birth.

She was predeceased by her brother, Kirk Oathout, Jr., her daughter, Laura, and her son, Michael.

Bettie is survived by her parents: Kirk and Carol Oathout, Sr.; her children: Joshua, Kate, Kurt, Breanna, and Tyler; her siblings: Robin (Greg) Smith, Helen Williams, Aaron Oathout, Kelly Blankenship, Rhonda (Greg) Bonfey, and Brenda Chartrand.

There will be no formal services for Bettie at this time.
