I am sorry to hear of John’s passing. I just heard about it from a mutual friend. John and his brother Billy both worked for me at The Amsterdam Chrysler dealership on Route 30. We made a lot of memories together and enjoyed many laughs. He was a great salesman and was forever making people laugh. I remember him fondly.

To Mrs. Cherico, Cheri, David, Lisa and Joey. I am so sorry to hear about your husband & Dad. So many memories on Locust Ave. Your Dad was a very strict man, but well respected. Mrs Cherico, I pray that God will give you comfort and love to move forward. You are a very strong and tough lady and I know your children will be right there for you every step of the way. Just remember you are loved and respected dearly.
With lots of love to you and to you family. Jackie Damphier

Cheri, Lisa, David, and Joe I’m so very sorry to hear about Mr. Cherico. What a great guy he was. I was just telling someone about a funny routine that he used to do ( about guys with long eyebrows) and I got home to hear of his passing. What a likable, funny and charming man he was. May he Rest In Peace.
