We remember Jon fondly,he would visit his mother in law across from us and bring Mike and Steve to their grandparents where they would play with our son. H e always had time to stop and talk and discuss the issues of the day. H e was a great father to the boys. We also remember him as an avid bowler and would help to teach the boys as they were growing up including our son.His love for the country is obvious by his service. Our condolences go out ot Mike and family and to all associated with Jon. He will be missed.. The Myers Family

Condolences to the Furman family. I met Jon thru my cousin, Joe Vainauskas at various parties Joe held at his home. He was always good natured and always told a story to make us laugh. I missed those times after Joe died. Now Joe, Ed Korona, and Jon will be making the pickles and lemonicello in Heaven.
