Obituary of Clifford Griffin

       Mr. Clifford Griffin, 77, of Fonda, NY, Liberty ARC Residence, passed away on Friday December 31, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY following a brief illness.

     He was born in New York City on June 4, 1944 a son of the late Spencer and Bernice Barnes Booker.             

    Clifford was a resident and participated in the Liberty ARC's Day Treatment Program.  He was resident with Liberty in Amsterdam for many years.  He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed model trains.               

     He is survived by his two Aunts, Owena Wilson of New Jersey and Mandolyn Jones of Michigan.  His housemates and staff of Liberty Arc in Amsterdam and  Fonda, NY.

       Funeral services will be held on Wednesday January 12, 2022 at 3:00 PM at the Betz, Rossi and Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY with Rev. Cynthia Leonard presiding.  Entombment will be in Rosemount Memorial Park in New Jersey.   A Calling hour will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 prior to the funeral service at the funeral home beginning at 2:00 PM.   Memorial contributions may be made to Liberty ARC, 43 Liberty Drive,  Amsterdam, NY 12010.  Please leave condolences online at www.brbsfuneral.com
