Sincere condolences to Mike's family and friends. I was in Fl at his passing and just learned of it today when I attempted I to make an appointment. I have known Mike for more years than I can remember and when I was young our family rented an apartment from his parents on West Street. I alway enjoyed talking with him at the barber shop and will miss going there for a haircut. RIP Mike.

Mary and I are deeply saddened by the loss of Mike. He was a dear friend of not only us but also our family. Over the years, he and Pat attended many of our family functions as we did theirs. He was my barber and friend for almost 60 years. There was nobody like him. Quick with a joke and that great smile of his. We will miss him. I will miss him. To the Capano family,
I was deeply saddened to learn of Mr. C’s passing today. I was one of many that got a haircut from him for years. After he closed his shop I often ran into him at the grocery store or True Value. He was a kind man that always had a smile on his face and happy to see me. Mike always took time to ask about my family and how I was doing. He was a friend and will be dearly missed.

Pat: Mike & I shared birthdays, he was 18 when I landed here in the U.S. and I was born on the same day. My dad always had his hair cut with Mike, as did I when I got older. Since moving to northern California in 1978, I have called Mike every 9/29 to wish him a Happy Birthday. He was an outstanding citizen & resident in Gloversville and will be immensely missed by all who knew him. It was such an honor to know Mike and be his friend.
