Obituary of Glenn Brownell
Mr. Glenn Brownell,60, of Gloversville, NY, passed away on November 27, 2021 at his home on West St.
He was born May 30, 1961 in Gloversville, the son of the late, Glenn and Betty (Quillan) Brownell. He served in the US Army and was later employed by Taylor Made, in Gloversville, NY.
Glenn was a proud Army Veteran with a very patriotic heart. After his Honorable Discharge from the Army, he completed his service with the Army Reserves in Niskayuna earning the status of SGT. In his spare time you could find him with his daughter, Joleen or helping a friend or family with weekend projects.
Glenn is survived by his daughter, Joleen Brownell and her mother, Annette Williams; his stepson, Benjamin S. Hamilton; his sisters, Vicky (Carl) Locatelli, Susan(Brian) Hepp, Sally (Frank) Allen, Betty (Leo) Hoyt and Lynn (Bob) Gifford; his brother, Robert Kennedy; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his nephew, Todd Locatelli and his niece Jamie Lynn Gannon.
At Glenn's request there will be no visitation and burial with full military honors will be held at the convenience of the family at a time to be announced in Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
