Obituary of Sharron Nirsberger
Mrs. Sharron Louise Nirsberger, 67, of Caroga Lake, New York, died Friday, October 1, 2021 at Syosset Hospital, Long Island, after a long illness.
Sharron was born on November 22, 1953 in Troy, the daughter of Worthington Parker and Shirley Whitman. She found work after high school with Levonia Brothers Meat Packing in Troy, and was proud to have earned her GED. Sharron married Andrew Nirsberger on August 13, 1988.
When Sharron wasn't at work, she enjoyed spending her time fishing, especially deep-sea fishing, hunting, and playing video games, especially Words with Friends.
Sharron is survived by her husband, Andrew B. Nirsberger; her daughter, Lisa M. Jannicelli; her granddaughters Kerissa Taylor and Cierra Costello; her great-grandchildren, Mac Murry, DiAngelo Bariteau, Andrew Taylor, Taylor Ali, Samir Ali, and Damian Taylor; her brother, David Parker, and her dog, Tiko.
She was predeceased by her parents and her siblings, Bradford Parker, Karen Parker, and Cassandra Diedrich.
Services for Sharron will be privately held at the convenience of her family.
