To the entire Iole family,
I cannot tell you how special your Dad was. I enjoyed bringing him to his appointments at the VA and we had the best conversations. You were all special to him and he loved all of you all very much. My condolences...remember the good times and the happiness he brought.

To the Ioele family, My deepest sympathies on your loss. Frank was a true friend and neighbor. I enjoyed visiting with him and sparky. Sparky would come to my house when dad wasn't looking so he could get a treat. I would walk sparky back home and I would stay to visit with Frank. This went on once or twice a week until sparky passed. I still came to visit with frank we would talk about sparky and how much he missed him. I hope you are smiling with sparky now Frank. You will be missed, my friend.

To Frank's entire family,
May all your fond memories bring you peace through this difficult time.
So glad we stayed later to talk to Frank at my Mom's reception following her funeral. He seemed like he didn't want to leave.
Many great memories of Frank through the years campaigning for Richard through all his political offices.
His discussions with Diana would always come back to their tier status for their Teacher's Retirement.

I REMEMBER WHEN HE CAME TO RICHMONDVILLE SCHOOL I WAS IN 8TH OR 9TH GRADE WE HAD A GOOD TIME WHEN HE WAS A COACH AND HE WALKED TO SCHOOL AS HE LIVED ABOUT 2 HOUSES FROM THE SCHOOL AND REMEMBER HIS WIFE WHEN HE MET HER ALSO WENT TO HIS BAR AND HE WAS NOT THERE WE CALLED HIM AND MET HIM FOR LUNCH WITH 2 OTHERS THAT WENT TO THEN AND HE TOLD US NOT TO GO TO THE BAR AS IT WAS A DUMP

Andy & Family,
Mr. Ioele was truly one of the best teachers at the Gloversville High School!! I graduated with his Son Andy in 1979. Mr. Ioele always had a smile on his face and treated every student the same. Mr. Ioele was by far one of my favorite teachers of all time. Rest in Peace Mr. Ioele.

Frank was shared by you with this whole community, and it is doubtful that one doesn't have a story of him to make them smile. Chuck and I were able to be among those who spent time with him and your family as he wore one or another of his many "hats". Whether he was the teacher, the friend's Dad, the friend's husband, the political campaigner, the Court escort, the tournament host, the Moose membership sponsor or the neighbor around the corner, he was always the same sincere gentleman Frank. My family is so very sorry for your loss. Frank was a great man and a true gentleman…. a very good friend of our family.
My father Hort and Frank just had the greatest time together trying to Top each other’s jokes.
They would’ve been a great comedy team together.
You just couldn’t stop laughing when they were together.
He always made me laugh and smile every time I saw him.
He was so kind enough to recently come to my moms wake. I told him I’d walk with him to the casket. He approached my mom and said “Hi Shirley …Don’t bother getting up it’s just me Frank.” He was up to his old tricks. That’s what he did he would put a smile on your face even in your worst moments he would make you laugh.
Hope this brought a smile to your face now too!! That’s what he would’ve wanted. No tears
Frank you’re one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
He just always had another joke to tell so matter-of-fact you thought it was going to be a legitimate story this time … but oh no….then you found out it was is just another Frankisum!! Lol

To Christine and the entire Ioele family,
Your Dad was a legend. A passionate man who was a patriarch in every sense of the word. Frank carried that passion as an educator and in his second career at the Courthouse. He will be deeply missed.
