Obituary of Angelique Marie Bleyl

Angelique Marie Bleyl, age 47, of Gloversville, died Thursday morning, June 10, 2021 at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady.

She was born January 14, 1974 in Amsterdam. She was a graduate of Amsterdam High School and Mildred Ellie College with a degree in Travel. Angelique was later employed as an office clerk at several local hospitals and doctor's offices until her recent illness. She enjoyed camping, hiking, boating and anything outdoors with her husband and children.

Angelique is survived by her husband of 30 years, Roy J. Bleyl Jr; three children, Logan Mikhael Bleyl (Tarra), Aydan James Bleyl and Dalton Walker Bleyl; a sister, Cathy Willis (Roy); two brothers, Burt Van Slyke and Leon Van Slyke; mother-in-law, Laura Lee Lee; father-in-law, Skip Lee; brother-in-law, Donald Bleyl; sister-in-law, Kristine Bleyl; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her son, Roy James Bleyl III in 2001.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00am to 12:00pm Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville.  

A private funeral service will take place at the convenience of the family with the  Rev. William Brower officiating. 

Interment will follow at Ferndale Cemetery, Johnstown.
