Obituary of Madelyn Clara Waldvogel

Madelyn Clara Waldvogel of Amsterdam, New York passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Albany Medical Center with her loving parents at her side.

She was born on March 22, 2021 the daughter of Samantha Waldvogel and Bradley Wojcik of Amsterdam.

Madelyn is survived by her parents Sam and Brad, as well as her grandparents; Johanna DelCostello, Michael DelCostello, and Kathleen Waldvogel, her Uncles; Jonathan Waldvogel, and Merrill Wojcik, Aunts; Victoria Waldvogel and Stephanie Seays, brother Otto Wojcik, cousins Jestin Seays, Madison Wojcik, and Hunter Wojcik.

Madelyn’s family wishes to express their gratitude to the entire team at the Albany Medical Center Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for the exceptional care they provided Madelyn and her family during her stay there. 

A Service of Remembrance will take place on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 11:00AM at Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Funeral Home 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10:00AM to 11:00AM prior to the service. Interment will take place at St. John’s Cemetery. Masks and social distancing are required at all gatherings.
