In memoriam of my Meteroic Heroine...
Aunt Audrey was a beacon of light whose radiance shined brightly through life’s darkest of hours. Her wisdom was as long as her generosity of spirit was immutable.
My love and respect will endure in this life and the next.
Love, your great niece,
Sherelle

RIP Mrs Bowman... she was one my all time favorite teachers at Boulevard. All these years later I still tell stories about her. She was an amazing woman. After class we would have great talks - I was always impressed that as a clear minority at Boulevard... all the kids and teachers respected her and she respected them back. She was my first lesson - in dealing with someone who was a color not my own, and what a wonderful foundation she left me with.
Condolences to the family

Deepest sympathy to Sherman and the family. Audrey was such a wonderful woman and I enjoyed our many times together. She was well educated, opinionated and very funny. She especially loved to talk about the Yankees and her trips with Sherman to games. She lived a full life and accomplished so much. Prayers to the family.
