Obituary of Laura J. Wooster

Mrs. Laura J. Wooster, age 66, of Gloversville, died Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Albany Medical Center, Albany.

She was born May 15, 1954 in Gloversville, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Marion Danforth. She was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed volunteering at the Gloversville Senior Center and attending various local churches. She also enjoyed her time with Lexington Center.

Laura is survived by her sister, Joyce Morgan(Stan) of Mayfield; children, Alan Wooster (Rebecca) of South Carolina, Edward Wooster (Robin) of Gloversville, George Wooster of Gloversville, Benjamin Wooster of Gloversville; half sisters Clara Dudley and Thelma Matthews; half brother Kenneth Danforth; nephew Stanley Morgan; niece Nydeana Morgan; grandchildren Autumn, AJ, Albany and Alayna Wooster of North Carolina and Kaden and Zandie Wooster of Gloversville.

She was predeceased by her husband Alan Wooster and brother George Danforth.

A Celebration of Life will take place next year when the Covid-19 Pandemic is no longer a threat.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.

Memorial may be made in lieu of flowers to the charity of one's choice.
