So sorry to read of Joan’s passing. She was a wonderful lady and I enjoyed her company over the years. Bill and Joan traveled in some of the same social circles during Amsterdam’s renewal days. my husband, Dave, worked with Bill through those years also. Whether it was the YMCA or other community non profit events, you could always count on Joan and Bill being there with their support.
