Obituary of Mary Tesiero

     Mary Tesiero, 77, of Canajoharie, NY,  passed away on Friday November 6, 2020 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.

    Born in Gloversville, NY on February 13, 1943 a daughter of the late Stephen and Marion (Skiff) Demarest.  She was a lifelong area resident and attended Gloversville Schools.

   Mary worked as a caregiver in Johnstown and also drove Taxi Cab for Glove City Cab Co. in Gloversville. 

     She is survived by her children, sons, Steven (Joan) Cruthers and  Jayson (Nancy)  Earl of Ephratah, NY.  One daughter, Nicole (Jamie)Herb of Canajoharie, NY.   Grandchildren, Landon, Jordan, Amelia and Olivia Demarest, Keever (Rachel) Earl all of Ephratah, NY. Ashley Cruthers, Amber (David) Handy, Steven Cruthers II all of Canajoharie, NY.  Many great-grandchildren, Austin, Hailee and Kaydin Earl, Scarlett Handy and Steven Cruthers III.   She was also predeceased by her brother Barry Demarest. 

   Mary enjoyed many things, her grandchildren, casinos, good food and good movies.  She was a loving mother and hard worker.  She will be forever in our hearts as we cherish our memories of her.  This is not goodbye only a see you later.  We love you Mom. 

     Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Ferndale Cemetery, Johnstown, NY.    Arrangements are under the direction of the Lenz and Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego St., Canajoharie, NY 13317.
