Obituary of Eva J. Coe

Mrs. Eva J. Coe, 71, of Roland Way, Sharon Springs, NY died peacefully on Saturday, September 12, 2020 following a brief illness.  Born in Oneonta, NY on June 24, 1949 she was the daughter of the late Charles and Rose Sisson Banks.

Eva will be remembered for her strong will, competitive spirit, love of family, puzzles, and driving fast in her 454 Chevy.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her four children, Sandra (Jerry) Ward, Tammy (Justin) Graham, Bonnie Coe and Ronald (Allison) Coe Jr.; twelve grandchildren, Alicia (Tyrell) Homkey, Jonathan (Beth) Ward, James Ward, Jessica (John) Ferguson, Alex (Caitlyn) Briggs, Craig (Taylor) Briggs, Travis Briggs, Tylan Klinker, Kealy Schilde, Claire Coe, Adell Coe and Veronica Coe; five siblings, Ann Borst, Patty VanDerwerker, Leona Briggs, Elizabeth Arnold and Donna Steenrod; six great grandchildren; and several nieces nephews and cousins.  

She was also predeceased by her siblings, Charles Banks Jr., James Browning and Linda Rathbun.  

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.  Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to The Canajoharie Volunteer Fire Department, 75 Erie Blvd, Canajoharie, NY 13317 or the Ayres Memorial Animal Shelter, 133 Hilltop Road, Sprakers, NY 12166.
