Obituary of Patricia Lynn Niles-Orengo

      Patricia Lynn Niles-Orengo, 73, of Sprakers, NY, passed away Wednesday August 19, 2020 at her home with her loving family at her side.

     Born on October 28, 1946 in Gloversville, NY, the daughter of the late John R. and Dorothy Loveday Niles. She was a lifelong area resident and was a 1965 graduate of the former Wilbur H. Lynch High School in Amsterdam. 

     Patricia was a homemaker most of her life and took wonderful care of her family.

     She leaves behind her husband of over 54 years, Sinifredo S. Orengo of Sprakers, NY.  Her  daughters,  Kimberley (Carl) Orengo-Reese of Sprakers, NY and Carmen (William) Orengo-Suits of North Carolina.    Three grandchildren, Carl Reese II, Joshua and Jordan Suits.  Three great-grandchildren, Carl Reese III, Cassidee Reese and Fisher Suits. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

    Patricia was of the Protestant faith.

   She enjoyed spending time with her family and going out to dinner. She wintered in Brazil for over 10 years.  She also enjoyed taking car rides with her husband. 

      The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday August 24, 2020 from 12:00 Noon til 1:00PM at Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam.   Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 1:00PM at the funeral home with the Rev. Charles Hesselink presiding.  Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Amsterdam.
