Sad to hear of Dick's passing. Will remember him as a passionate advocate for Johnstown and serving with him, as he guided the progress of the Wastewater Treatment board. He was a highly competitive and formidable opponent but he was also a staunch ally, and you always knew where you stood. Rest in Peace Dick. Out best wishes for a peaceful transition to the family.

To Dolly, Matt and family-Gary and I have known Dick for many years and were so sorry to hear of his passing. He was such a giving person and will be missed by many. We especially have many memories of him at the Eagles with the dances, the Christmas party for the kids and the bowling tournaments. He was always there either organizing or just helping out.
