Obituary of Noel R. Bovee

Noel R. "Nikki" Bovee, age 72 of Gloversville passed away on Monday June 2nd, 2020 at the Vitalcare Hospice House in Cheboygan, Michigan.

She was born in Gloversville. Daughter of Carl and Jane Bovee. She was employed by Fulton County, as an account clerk in the treasurer’s office for many years, prior to retiring from her position.  She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her family.

Nikki is survived by daughter, Janemarie (Harold) Weick of Indian River, MI and son Jeffrey (Carol) Vosburgh of Gloversville, 2 sisters-Carol Griffith of Amsterdam and Lorraine (John) Chun of Salem, OR, 2 brothers Danny Bovee of Malta and Thomas (Sharyn) Bovee of Duncan, SC. 7 grandchildren-David, Nicholas, Jacob, Zachary, Alexi, Lindsay and Justin: and 6 great grandchildren-Alexis, Elbany, Alex, Maverick, Brynnlee and Ayla. Along with several nieces and nephews. Long term companion Richard Van Nostrand.

 In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by 2 brothers Charles and Harvey Bovee and sister Janet Blackwood.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Commission of the Blind or the American Diabetes Assoc.
