Sheila will be missed by all who knew her, she was the most selfless woman I knew. She always thought of everyone, all of us at CP’s received a large tray of homemade cookies and a gift at Christmas, never forgot our Birthdays. My first train ride was with Sheila to New York, a wonderful memory. She always had a smile . Sheila Rest In Peace my friend, an Angel for sure.

I had the fortune of being included in many Cotoia family event, she always made me feel welcomed and part of the family. Always smiling, making others feel warm, with a great sense of humor. I was so sorry to hear of Sheila's passing. I worked with Sheila for many years when she covered Family Court in Montgomery County. I still remember her driving her Chevrolet Laguna. Always helpful and smiling. She will be greatly missed..
