Obituary of Theresa Jean Stewart

Mrs. Theresa Jean Stewart, age 91, of Johnstown, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville.

She was born May 1, 1928, in Johnstown, the daughter of the late Joseph and Angelina Pino Brunetto. She was employed by Jules T. Garfall Co. for several years and later by P&C Markets of Johnstown.

Theresa was of the Catholic faith.

Theresa is survived by her four children, Sandra M. Brott (Howard) , Frank J. Stewart (Lori), Angela J. Betts and Constance M. Gibson; a sister Jennie Mrha (Bruce); grandchildren: Attorney Jason A. Brott (Shannon), Joshua M. Brott (Michelle), Howard W. Brott, Jr. (Melissa), Franki Jo Page (Mike), Nicholas C. Stewart (Kristina), Fahren A. Herr (Steven), Elijah G. Bishop, Kristi-Lee Rodriguez (Esaias), Nikole-Lyn Gibson, Cori R. Gibson, great grand children: Ryan C. Brott, Ethan J. Brott, Hannah G. Brott, Tiffani Vasquez, Jenna Allen (Greg), Zeke J. Brott , Caleb R. Brott, Emma E. Brott, Connor Stewart, great-great grandchildren: Kaitlyn M. Allen and Kai O. Allen.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Frank W. Stewart, a brother, Joseph Brunetto,  Jr. and  a sister, Concetta Brunetto.

Cremation will take place at Parkview Cemetery Crematorium, Schenectady.  A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2020 and ashes will be placed in their final resting place at that time.

Arrangements have been entrusted at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, Gloversville.
