Obituary of Sandra Lee Kilinski

Mrs. Sandra Lee Kilinski, 76, of Amsterdam, NY died peacefully on Sunday, June 2, 2019.  Born in Amsterdam on March 31, 1943 she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Margaret Louise Krahmer Politano.

A lifelong area resident, Sandra graduated from the former Wilbur H. Lynch High School.  She was the proprietor of Sandra’s Gifts in Amsterdam and enjoyed quilting and gardening.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her three sons, Michael (Susan) Kilinski, John (AnnMarie) Kilinski and Joseph Kilinski; six grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Brayden , Ashley, Frankie and Lauren; three siblings, Frank (Marilyn) Politano, Cheryl (Donald) Johnson, Judy Neznek and Wayne (Rosalie) Santos; one sister-in-law, Lana Politano; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sandra was predeceased by her brother, Donald Politano; and a nephew, Frank Politano Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 11a.m. at the Florida Reformed Church, 6255 State Highway 30, Amsterdam, NY 12010.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend.  Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the church.
