I don’t know what else to say right now besides I love you and I hope you’re okay and at peace.
You were my favorite human and I was so lucky to have you. You did so many things that you never had to do. You wanted to do them. You wanted to step up and be sure Denny and I weren’t raised in a broken family. You helped guide us as we were growing and maturing. You were a key part in shaping who we are now and I love you so much and I thank you for everything you’ve imbedded into my core.
You always talked to me like an adult. You reasoned with me like an adult. You respected me and who I was and wanted to be. You stood up for me through a lot of turmoil. You believed me and you believed in me.
You were the glue, but we’re all going to stick together and get through this. I know you have our backs.

Ellen, Beth, Maura and Denny,
My deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers are with you.
I am sorry that I can’t be present to say goodbye to Al at his memorial service.
I know all too well what it is like to lose someone that is such an important part of your life; someone you love so very much. Al will always be with us in our memories and heart. Remember his great sense of humor and when we do we can’t help but smile.
