I was so sorry to hear of Ciara's untimely passing. She was one of the sweetest girls I ever had the pleasure of teaching. She was always bubbly and happy, smiling and being a friend to someone in need. She was a great person. Im convinced that God takes the good ones first. He wanted her to be one of his angels because that's who she was in life! I hope her loved ones can somehow find peace that she is now an angel and with her grandparents. Life is cruel. I am truly shocked by this tragedy and extend heart-felt prayers of strength & faith during this time of mourning. My mom told me that on the day my dad received the news that he had lung cancer in the summer of 1991, your mom came right over with Ciara and placed her in my dad's arms. My mom said that my dad held her all afternoon. I told my mom that I bet your mom, dad & my dad are with her now. I’m so very sorry you lost your daughter so tragically. I lost my brother Mark to a motor vehicle accident at about the same age.
I wanted to tell you how much I adored your mother Jenny and father Herb. I wouldn’t be here today except for your father. When I was 6 years old I ran across Washington Street between two parked cars. Herb slammed on his brakes and though he hit me, his quick reaction saved my life!
