Obituary of Anna Mae Null

Mrs. Anna Mae Null, 83, of Reed Street, died peacefully on Sunday, February 24, 2019 surrounded by her family at home.  Born in the Town of Root on March 30, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Ruth Mahr Darrow.

A lifelong area resident, Anna Mae was a 1955 graduate of Canajoharie High School.  For 33 years she was employed by Life Savers until her retirement in 1988.  She was a member of the Currytown Reformed Church.

On May 8, 1982 she was untied in marriage to Edward Null Jr.  That union lasted until his untimely passing on December 21, 1985.  She was also predeceased by a sons Robert and Carl Null; and two sisters, Edith Darrow and Elizabeth Hickey.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Susan O’ Connor- Null; three grandchildren, Vanessa Null,Tennille Fox and Michael Fox; and several cousins.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  Anna Mae will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Canajoharie Falls Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
