Dear Curt, Scott, Sarah and family,
We send out love and prayers to you all. I've known Jan since her days working at FFCS, we later became friends through her delicious baking and selling at craft shows. (I always looked forward to the FFCS Band Craft show and all her delicious treats. , back when our sons played sax.) Most recently friends at craft shows, and FB. She always had the prettiest bird and cat photos for us.
She was a very talented and sweet lady, so sorry to hear of her passing. Love to you all.

Curt, please accept my heartfelt condolences. I didn't really know Jan except for the few occasions we met when you were principal, but I remember the care she took to create the perfect cake for my housewarming party -- and the pride she took in her work. I do know, though, how much she must have meant to you and your children and how sorely she will be missed. I hope you can find some consolation in remembering the life she so generously shared with you.

Jan and I have shared so many wonderful memories over our lifetimes together. We were friends before we were even born as our parents were great friends. We had so many family get togethers over the years! All our times at FFCS and Fonda Reformed sharing many fun times. We participated in some great pranks with our other friends, but won't get into details about those. Lois might not know about those! Later on being in each other's weddings and sharing times with our kids, eating Jan's beautiful and delicious cakes that she made for so many people. She loved her family so much, so proud of Scott and Sarah! I know I will cherish all the good times with Jan. My deepest sympathy to Curt, Scott, Sarah, Lois and Jerry.
