Obituary of L.J. Nasadoski

      
          L.J.  Nasadoski Jr.,  60,  of Amsterdam,   passed away Tuesday December 18, 2018 at his home with his loving family at his side.
   
     Born in Amsterdam, NY  on January 22, 1958 a son of thelate  Antoinette Carozza.  He  was a lifelong Amsterdam resident and graduate of the former Wilbur H. Lynch High School.
      
     L.J. was the owner and operator of Creative Auto Body and Detailing for over 30 years in Amsterdam.  He most recently was a School Bus Driver for the Greater Amsterdam School District for many years.  
 
     L.J. enjoyed spending time with his family at home and summer camp in addition to being an avid boater on the Sacandaga Lake.   He also enjoyed traveling to Florida to visit his favorite place Cocoa Beach.
     
     He married Donna Casabonne Nasadoski on May 1, 1982. In addition to his wife he is survived by his
children,  Jennifer Nasadoski and L.J.  Nasadoski III  both  of Amsterdam.  His sister,   Lee Ann Valchovic of Amsterdam and brothers, Brian Nasadoski of Amsterdam and Louis (Kelly) Nasadoski of Amsterdam.  Father in law, Walter Casabonne of Amsterdam,  one aunt, Rita Carozza of Saratoga, NY and and uncle, Robert Carozza of Boston, MA.  nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.   
 
    L.J. is predeceased by his brother Kevin Nasadoski who passed away on December 21, 1998, a brother in Law,  Daniel Casabonne on  January 24, 2009 and uncle, Gerald Carozza on March 29, 2018.   
 
     A graveside service will be held at St. Stanislaus Cemetery on Friday December 28th at 11:00 A.M.    There are no calling hours at the request of L.J.  In lieu of flowers we will be creating a memorial fund in memory of L.J. to help a student in need to attend college.   Donations to the fund can be made at SEFCU in memory of The L.J.  Nasadoski Memorial Fund.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family  Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY 12010.
