Obituary of Ronald J. Bell Sr.

Ronald J. Bell Sr; 75, of Pattersonville passed away December 11, 2018 with his loving family by his side. He was born November 28, 1943 in Charlotte, Vermont, and is the son of the late Albert and Florence (Bryer) Bell.

He is survived by his loving wife Sandra R. (Rivers) Bell, whom he married on August 21, 1961. His two sons Ronald J. (Kathleen) Bell Jr. of Nebraska,  and Toby J. Bell of Selkirk, two daughters Margaret “Peggy” (Russ) Fidler of Middle Grove, and Carolyn M. Losee of Feura Bush. A brother Emanual Bell of Albany, and a sister Sandra Tabor of Plattsburg, nine grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.

Besides his parents, Ronald is predeceased by four brothers, and six sisters.

During his lifetime he proudly served our country serving in the United States Army from 1961 to 1964. He also owned and operated with his wife Pearl’s Pet in Delmar, NY, for many years.

Relatives and Friends are invited to call at the Betz, Rossi, Bellinger Family Funeral Homes, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010 on Friday December 14, 2018 from 2 to 4 PM, with a funeral service to take place at the funeral home at 4 PM with Rev Fr. O. Robert DeMartinis Officiating.
