My Dear Miss Lenita, I met you in November 1980. i had been transferred to Schenectady from Plattsburgh New York. That December I needed to change days off so I could go home to celebrate Christmas with my family. I had all of 1 1/2 years service and you had much more than me and you said no problem I will change with you. All these years later I still thank you for the precious moments I had with my family. I am having a very hard time thinking you have already taken your trip to heaven but I certainly hope you are up there telling your jokes and enjoying family and friends as you did so very well here with us. Hope you are truly happy and hope you know you are truly missed here but also to know how much we truly love you.
