Laurie, Pat, Krissy and family,
I was so very saddened to hear of Justin's passing. I remember him making tip-ups for fishing with his Grandpa at the 4-H with my boys when he was just a young, vivacious child. I also remember him being just a bright beam of light whenever I would see him all grown up and doing his own thing. The Justin I remember lived his life with no apologies and owned who he was with such grace and dignity...he was an inspiration. He loved life and he loved to have fun and he had a heart as big as Texas. His time on Earth was short, and I cannot even begin to imagine your pain at losing him, but his time here was special...extra special. He made an impact of which you all can be so very proud. When you think about people in your life, there are certain people you always expect will be a permanent fixture. Justin was just that. I never expected his life to be fleeting. I am heartbroken and find myself crying for this young person. I cry for everyone that he ever crossed paths with. None of us ever realized the importance of his work here. I can think about it now and see it. God put such a heavy cross on Justin's shoulders from the time he was a child. Justin carried it with style, grace and bravado. He carried it with pride. At times I am sure the load was unbearable but, he rose above it, a class act. He had courage to do the things that others wouldn't dream of. But Justin had dreams. It is no coincidence that Justin loved sparkle and glitter and all things beautiful. It is no coincidence that Justin played ANGEL. It is my belief that Justin is an Angel. He walked among us, he laughed, loved, cried, fell down, and lived among us. He showed us a glimpse of God's love. To love unconditionally. He showed that to Hillary Tourville. She loved him unconditionally. On September 6, God told Justin to lay down his Cross. His work was through. He had been set free of the burden. There is no doubt in my mind that Justin would have carried that cross another hundred years. But, he had accomplished all the Lord had sent him to do. Now he will rest in the house of the Lord and watch the fruits of his labors unfold. Make him proud. Be brave in all that you do. Know that Angel's walk with us on our journey. He did it once and he will again. Have faith. RIP Justin. I'm so sorry for your loss Laurie, Nicky, and family.

Laurie and family: Someone in heaven must have needed some fashion advice, so God called the best person he knew of home to help.
Justin brightened everyone's life that he touch. He gave unconditional love to his family and friends, and was always there to lend a hand. We should all be thankful that he touched our lives, and became part of our lives.

I ran into him at the market about a year ago and we stood and talked for quite awhile. I thought, what a neat young man! Living life to it's fullest! I am so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine losing a child. Although I did not know Justin personally I know his family is in pain and I will say a prayer for you all. I also live on Mountain Rd. just a mile away and it seems much more devastating knowing Justin was a neighbor at one time.

I'm still in shock and so incredibly sad over Justin's passing. Pacifica's performances and costumes were always spot on. I'll always remember the Disney Shows and that screaming, loud, laugh! We worked together for over 10 years at the different clubs and had some amazing, fun times together. I wish I could be there Sunday and Monday. I'm leaving for Florida. Please know you are all in my thoughts during this very dark time. Piffy you were one of a kind and are already missed :(

Dear Laurie and family,
I was so saddened to hear about Justin. He will always hold a special place in my heart. My greatest memory of him wearing the red ruby high heels during recess. Those heels went to the HS drama club for The Wizard of Oz. I've kept in touch with Justin via Facebook a few times. I always enjoyed our messaging back and forth. I have never forgotten how kind and generous Justin was so many years ago when he volunteered as a peer mentor in my classroom at Mayfield Elementary School. My students and I always looked forward to his time spent with us. He was a gentle soul, compassionate and always willing to help those who needed assistance. My heart is so sad that he has passed. This night was a great night I will always remember when we perform at Trexx bar in Syracuse NY! One photo that I will always remember. I wasn't feeling the best and I had an eye infection and still perform with her bc she gave me the courage and she made me feel amazing that night! There was so many memories of me and her performing at trexx and go to McDonalds after..
