I am so sorry for your loss.
I went to Mayfield my senior year, Gus was always so nice to me, making me feel not so much of an outsider. He was a sweet guy with a great sense of humor.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

When I started working at Brown's in the middle of 1989, it was Ron who took me out in a motorcoach for the first time. The anxiety that I might make some mistake soon vanished due to Ron's encouraging words. Back during those Fonda years it was Ron who did most of the trip assigning and dispatching. I can't think of too many people that could "multi-task" as Ron could. (along with a great attitude) Whether it was in Fonda, or later on in Amsterdam, I can still hear his words of greeting; friendly, warm words as I would enter the office, "How's Tom Today?" It was quite a "tonic" on those days that had started out "bad" for me. To say about Ron, that he will be missed, seems like quite an understatement. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

To the family of Gus:
I had the pleasure of knowing this great guy since elementary school. He was a character by all means. To all of us girls he was like a big brother and made sure we were all ok when we went on outings. His sense of humor was over the top and his smile was infectious. Please accept my sincere condolences at this sad time.

Ron, you really were a sensational guy you treated everyone with respect. Ever since I met you way back in 1982, my life changed for the better. The world is a lesser place without you. Rest In Peace, my friend.

I had the pleasure to work with Ron. He was a listener and a friend. If he saw you outside of work it was a greeting with a smile and a handshake. He always thought outside the box. I was glad he was there when I had problems with a route or other situations. He listened to my solutions and then we discussed the answer. I have had only a few managers or owners in my life that was as considerate as he was. My condolences to the family I know he will be missed.

My Sympathy to Ron's family and friends. I worked for Ron at Brown Coach for a number of years as a driver. I liked Ron! I was just thinking the other day that I hadn't seen him in quite a long time and was wondering how he was doing. Ron will be certainly missed by the community he was a big part of. Rest in Peace Ron.

I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing, he was a great person. No matter where we ran into each other he would talk and talk like time had stood still. His passion for " School Bus " safety was taught in every class he did, he wanted to be sure all the students were safe no matter what. Thank you Ron for being such a caring person, you will be missed. Rest in Peace my friend. Nancy Christman
