I was saddened to hear of Dick's passing. He was such a great family friend. All throughout my life, I remember him sharing coffee, stories, jokes and his love of cars with my parents, at their home and business. He would always draw a cartoon character for me when he came to the house. He was such a comfort to both my mom and I when my dad passed, as he was visiting him in the hospital, it was like my dad was waiting for him to be there. I can only hope they are sharing coffee and some laughs all together now. May fond memories ease your sorrow during this difficult time. Please extend my heartfelt sympathy to the entire family.

My condolences to the family on Dick's passing. He always had a smile and a quick story for everyone, and his blue Corvette was a fixture in Gloversville in the summer. He was a gentle soul just like his dad. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
