Obituary of Geraldine M. Rimkus

Geraldine M. Rimkus age 82 of Poway, CA formerly of Scotia NY passed away June

27, 2018. She was born in Amsterdam, NY and is the daughter of the late

Theodore and Celia Boedigheimer.

During her lifetime she was a graduate of St. Mary’s Catholic School, and she was

a homemaker raising her children.

She is survived by a son Richard Rimkus of Phoenix, Arizona, and a daughter Tricia

(Todd) Kroepel of Poway, California. Grandchildren Ethan, Ryan, Charlie, and

Abby. She is also survived by a sister Barbara Jones.

Besides her parents, and her late husband Victor who passed away in September

of 2011 she is predeceased by a two sisters Gina Hennessey, and Margot Devine.

Mass of the Christian Burial will take place on Saturday August 4, 2018 at 9 am at

the Church of Immaculate Conception, 400 Saratoga Road, Scotia, NY 12302 with

an inurnment to follow in the family plot next to her late husband in the Most

Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 2501 Troy Schenectady Road, Schenectady, NY 12309.
