Whitey's family,
Whitey and my dad were drivers for Boss Linco during the same time period. That was when I first met him around 1970 when I worked a summer there in the office. From that time on whenever we saw each other there was time for a good conversation. When he knew that my daughter was serving in the Marine Corps he always wanted to hear about her current duties. Like the men I knew of that generation when I was growing up there was something special about the ethic they had towards life in general. Hard working family men devoted to what they did each day. I am proud to have known Whitey and will miss our talks. You have my sincerest condolences during this sad time.

Prayers go out to Whiteys family. He admired and treasured every family member, always telling me how proud he was of everyone. Everyone in our office will miss his smiling face and I will miss talking to him about our various recipes, especially his famous ribs.

Jim, Shari & family,
I am so sorry to hear of Whitey's passing.
He was a good man, always taking care of his family. The sun rose & set on his grandchildren & great grandchildren.
His door was always open to his many friends. Everyone was made to feel welcomed.
It is heart warming to think of Whitey and Georgia together again.
