Obituary of Carol Elaine Flexon

Carol Elaine Flexon, age 74, of Gloversville, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Nathan Littauer Hospital, Gloversville.

She was born August 30, 1943 in Saratoga Springs, the daughter of James, Sr. and Marion Ruth Tompson Flexon. She was employed as an assembler by Lexington Center.

Carol enjoyed piano, accordion and loved to dance to rock and roll music. In her later years she loved to watch old movies on TV. She loved receiving jewelry and wore it proudly. She loved fashion and spent many hours looking at fashion magazines. She enjoyed a good joke and had an infectious laugh.

She is survived by a brother, James Flexon, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and a sister, Laura Ginter (Sheldon) of Northville; many nieces and nephews and her Lexington family.

Carol was predeceased by a sister, M. Beth Buyce Sinisi.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 20 at Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St; Gloversville, where a Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. with the  Rev. R.W. Williams officiating.

Interment will take place at King Cemetery, Northampton.
