Obituary of Jennifer Jock Javarone

Jennifer Jock Javarone, 45, of Johnstown passed away on April 11, 2016 Saint Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam following a long illness surrounded by her loving children and family. Born on September 3, 1970 a daughter of David and Barbarann Chriss Jock. Jennifer grew up in Amsterdam and graduated from Amsterdam High School in 1988. She went on to receive her teaching assistant certificate from FMCC in Johnstown, NY. Jennifer enjoyed a long and fulfilling career at Wheelerville Union Free School as a Teacher's Assistant. She loved making a difference in the lives of her students. Jennifer also loved cooking wonderful meals for her family and friends especially her amazing bacon and broccoli. She enjoyed crafting including the creation of memory bears for grieving families from the clothing of their lost loved ones. She leaves behind her loving children Patrick Javarone and Courtney Javarone both of Johnstown as well as her father, David Jock (Mary) and her mother, Barbarann Chris Jock. Her paternal grandparents, Bob and June Jock. She also leaves behind her sister, Jacquleen (Tony) Priamo and her nieces, Ava, Violet and nephew, Cooper. Aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive. Jennifer had a love for animals along with her pets Eli and Peyton. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 5:30 to 7:30PM at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY. There will be no formal funeral service at this time. Cremation will be at the Leatherstocking Crematorium, Cherry Valley, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the James A.
